  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience. Short walk to Town Hall square and lake. Very helpful staff at reception. Seuss penthouse suite which was superb and excellent value.   Excellent Hotel! Best we ever stayed in. Great location. Friendly Staff. Lovely views of the city from our room. All round high quality place. Would recommend it highly. - The service and total package was outstanding. Staff were fantastic.

  So well appointed, everything one might normally expect in a classy hotel was there. A neat touch was the magazine rack, even if we couldn't read German! The staff were excellent and able converse easily in English which enhanced the visit for us. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague

  Bra läge. Nära till två tunnelbanestioner. Väldigt lätt att ta sig till hotellet med tunnelbanan från flygplatsen. Nära till centrumet(10 minuters gång till Rathaus). Rummet var stort, hade alla bekvämligheter,modern design. Otroligt bra utsikt över staden från rummet. Väldigt vänlig personal-fick alltid hjälp direkt när vi frågade dem.
