  The staff spoke English very well. They were very helpful to me and my sister. They answered all my questions and gave me directions. I really liked the decor of the breakfast room. Very German and attractive. The coffee was the best we had on our trip. Also the location was the best.   It's great to go on holiday and have your own apartment. It was really comfortable. We had a huge sofa and a plasma screen. It is really close to the city centre and the shopping streets. It has several restaurants nearby (one is at the ground floor of the hotel) and a pub next door. People at the reception desk are really nice and helpful, though... vad folk säger » sometimes they don't really know what you're asking for because they're not much into excursions, train timetables, etc. However, they helped us as m - It was an excellent location just off the main shopping street in Munich. We were two underground stops from the main railway station and in walking distance of many of the attractions. The staff were friendly and the rooms were large, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. We slept three people comfortably. Self laundry facilities were available. The reception and other staff were very friendly and helpful.
