  Excellant staff, friendly, approachable and very willing to help in any way they can. Beautiful room with incredible view. Good locatation with taxis available outside. - Excellent location, really good views (hotel lobby starts on 22nd floor), very friendly service.

  I booked this hotel in April, actually, when I saw the reviews, some people said it was not a ready hotel, I had little unhappy and worried, but my book was non-refundable. However, when I arrived there, I just asked a room with FiWi and TV, the staff said "we have FiWi and TV every room now". Then I thought that's so good, it's better than befor... vad folk säger » e. After that, I found the other problems also be solved which these reviews said previous, such as water problem, all of draws on the wall. The other - The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. We actually booked a room for 3 people but the staff was so attentive and asked us whether we want to take a room with 3 beds or one double room and one single room. We took one double room with the single room - it was huge! Normally we shoulf have gotten one bath - but the staff gave us the second bath too, so it was literally like if we had booked two rooms!   This was a perfect place to spend the weekend with family. The hotel is centrally located, near public transport. There's a nice small park out front and the hotel-staff are very helpful. Also, the rooms are clean, breakfast is good and the living room was large enough for 6 people and 2 kids.   Very comfortable and pleasent. ıT feels lıke home.ı Am pleasently suprısed wıth the qualıty for an apart hotel . my room on the 16th floor wıth a terace and and the cıty vıew. Room ıs decorated wıth a good taste and wery well thought, everythıng you need ıs there ( just ı pod player ı couldn't see!) but ı had 2 tv. - teleskop- nespresso machıne an... vad folk säger » d so much more. They have quıte a bıg resturant and a loby for an apart hotel and 15 mın. Walkıng dıstance to the maın traın statıon. Thank you and ı - Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.
