I booked this hotel in April, actually, when I saw the reviews, some people said it was not a ready hotel, I had little unhappy and worried, but my book was non-refundable. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.
We actually booked a room for 3 people but the staff was so attentive and asked us whether we want to take a room with 3 beds or one double room and one single room. We took one double room with the single room - it was huge! Normally we shoulf have gotten one bath - but the staff gave us the second bath too, so it was literally like if we had booked two rooms!

The location was brilliant - right next to the Zeil shopping area, with restaurants, bakery, everything just downstairs. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. Good to have a fridge in the room. I would stay here again for sure. -

Hotel is in a great location. Just a couple of blocks from the train station, shopping on Zeil Strasse, and an easy walk to Altstadt. The hotel staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful in looking up times and prices and helping us decide what to do. The staff friendliness, the hotel design, the comfort of their beds and cleanliness. The location is very good, only 5 mins walk from main train station and there are several tram stops and U-bahn stations within 5 min walk. Walking to City Centre is possible also. -

Lugnt och bra - My room had an amazing view of the river (this was in December), with the museums and the lights reflecting on the water. It was clean and spacious and had lots of cabinets and shelves. It was also nice that they provide fruit, bread, etc. when you first arrive. There were drinks in the fridge and some breakfast food in the cupboard which was a lovely extra touch - very satisfied, exceeded my expectations!
