  The staff - friendly and professional and courteous. The modern amenities. I left my phone in the room when I checked out. When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping. My situation was handled so professionally that I was glad that I had chosen Jumerirah `... vad folk säger » Frankfurt. - Jumeirah Frankfurt is a modern luxurious hotel located in the heart of Frankfurt shopping areas. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries. Very good breakfast with is served in the hotel restaurant but for an extra cost (in our cost).

  This hotel is very modern, beautiful designed and glamorous. The staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We would like particularly to accentuate the kindness and warm welcome of the receptionist Mirjana, who was always of great help. We will certainly - Amazing greeting when we checked in, was offered a drink, our bags where taken to our room, staff extremely friendly. Decor was stunning, great restuarant and bar, it has a gym and spa room but didn't explore that. The hotel has everything with such an amazing vibe it's very easy to not leave the hotel
