They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. All the staff spoke English and very friendly andaccommodating. 10 minute walk to the Metro. Gym: high standard. Staff always available to give advice about theatre performances, etc. Perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the Gendarmenmarkt, Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz and Checkpoint Charlie.

We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too
far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very
spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the
indoor swimming pool.

We loved everything about the Alitania apartments, the apt was just like home, bright, extremely clean beautifully furnished. The location is superb. There is a shopping centre 20 meters from the front door that has 2 supermarkets in the basement. There must be at least 30 restuarants witin walking distance as well as the sony centre. There is also a Starbucks in the same block. The staff were very heplful. Especially Mela Ikanovic.
