  The staff friendliness, the hotel design, the comfort of their beds and cleanliness. The location is very good, only 5 mins walk from main train station and there are several tram stops and U-bahn stations within 5 min walk. Walking to City Centre is possible also. - The hostel is a few minutes walk from the main station. And only about 15 minute... vad folk säger » s walk to Römer. Free wifi everywhere. And RFID card is needed to enter everything even the bathroom! So it's actually really safe! Clean room and big locker by the bed.

  The staff was very fiendly in pre-arrival email communication and on arrival at the hostel. Facilities excelled our expectations.
