  Hotel location was very good for us because we attended the FrankfurtFair. The tram took us directly to the Fair. Hotel staff was veryfrendly and helpful. Rooms were nicely decorated and extremly clean. - Location - perfect / Staff - friendly and helpful / Excellent value for money

  Staff was ok, helpful when needed. Easy to find, just take the line 16 tram at the hauptbanhof direction ginheim, stop at bockenheim warte. Bed was comfortable. Room was so spacious. Shower was good with cold and hot water, no drainage problem. Wifi strong and reliable, we stay on the first floor.   All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel.   This was a perfect place to spend the weekend with family. The hotel is centrally located, near public transport. There's a nice small park out front and the hotel-staff are very helpful.
