Staff was exceptionaly helpful and courteous. I would like to commend one yourng gentleman, Routiele, head of staff on the 2nd floor. He was very helpful and went out of his way to be of service. - The central location with the S-Bahn-Trainstation directly under the reception of the hotel. Very nice re-decorated rooms.

Bra läge - gångavstånd till det mesta. Utmärkt service - Mycket bra läge i gamla stan. Nära till tunnelbana och shopping.
Bra sauna/spa avdelning i "Moriche kiosk" vån 5. Mycket trevlig lobby med välsorterad bar och bekväma fotöljer.

This hotel is in line with other Marriott Hotels chain i have stayed world wide. Very large rooms tastefully furnished & comfortable beds. The rooms were air conditioned. The Breakfast spread was wow. I specifically like the concept of 'The Market' , which is a good replacement to the minibar. Friendly & helpful staff. -

toys for the kids. Very near to OstbahnHof from where you can reach
every place in the city with public transport. Convenience and

We were traveling by train so having the main train station 10 minute walk away from the hotel was convenient. Also 10 to 15 minute walk to city center. Staff very helpful. - Excellent value for the money. Excellent location.

staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth.
But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately.

Rooms are excellent - large, modern, clean. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures.
Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale.
Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable
