  The staff - friendly and professional and courteous. The modern amenities. I left my phone in the room when I checked out. When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries.   This hotel is very modern, beautiful designed and glamorous. The staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We would like particularly to accentuate the kindness and warm welcome of the receptionist Mirjana, who was always of great help. Decor was stunning, great restuarant and bar, it has a gym and spa room but didn't explore that. The hotel has everything with such an amazing vibe it's very easy to not leave the hotel
