  They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. All the staff spoke English and very friendly andaccommodating. 10 minute walk to the Metro. Very comfortable studio, well equipped and designed. Tasty food in the restaurant, and friendly waiters. Gym: high standard. Staff always available to give advice about theatre performances, etc. Perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the Gendarmenmarkt, Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz and Checkpoint Charlie.

  Well equipped modern, comfortable and spacious room in a very interesting area in Berlin. Close to transport and within easy walking distance of art galleries, historical sites and quality shops, restaurants etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.

  Very good location, very friendly hotel staff, little present every day(chocolate, food), spacious rooms, modern design, balcony, very bigbathroom, kitchenette and possibility to prepare tea/coffee for free andtea/coffee was available every day.   We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. The location was great for us because we were near the train station, as a matter of... vad folk säger » fact we walked from the train station to the hotel (about a 15 minute brisk walk). We really loved the little balcony for our evening glass of vino. - Location was handy, being very near to the main train station with underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the indoor swimming pool.
