  Brilliant!! We traveled to Heidelberg with our 13 year old son to experience a traditional Christmas Market. The location of the hotel was amazing. It was a bit of a walk from the train station, but absolutely perfect for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. We didn't have many encounters with staff, but the few we saw were friendly. We meet the owner and his wife who were very pleasant and helpful as were their staff. The location was perfect, along the Neckar river yet a short walking distance from the center of town.
