  This apartment and the staff are really amazing! Quiet, modern and fully furnished this apartment is the perfect place to visit and to stay in Berlin. It is located in the modern quarter of the Postamer Platz next to public transportation services (U-Bahn and S-Bahn) and shopping malls. I absolutely recommend it and rate it with a AAA. Walking distance to many sites and conveniently near shopping mall with supermarkets, take out food but also many restaurants. Comments of earlier guests mentioned expensive parking. However it only costs 5 Euro per day as the information from the hotel states, you just need to arrange it with the owner.

  This is a pension placing in the first floor of an art nouvau building. 6-7 spacious rooms with very high ceilings and my room has also had a very nice balcony to drink a cup of tea or wine.. They have bikes for renting with good prices (3- - Firstly, after we made our reservation, the owner of the b&b gave us a detailed instructions to get to the place which I find to be of most help. We rented the apartment and although the place was a bit cramped with the sofa bed laid out, it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very well equipped.   If you want a clean modern room on a budget it was very good although if you are looking for a social aspect wouldn't recommend. - Good location, walking distance to Alexanderplatz, Museum Insel, etc also U-Bahn station Bernauerstrasse. Room was not overlooking street, so in a quiet position looking onto a small, albeit scruffy, garden/courtyard.

  Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin.   The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. Balcony was really nice to have although more use in the summer!
