courteous staff. the receptionist was really nice and helpful whenever i needed anything. it was nice to have a wash machine on the premises as i notice is hard to find a laundromat in the city. the breakfast was wonderful. the attendant kept it well stocked and i didnt have to ask for anything. i also liked that it was right next door to the u ba

Super shower and bathroom, own kitchenette (not used), lounge with dining area and separate bedroom. Very warm on an icy couple of nights in December. Extremely welcoming staff who spoke excellent English. Spotlessly clean. Excellent rate.

Good city location slightly off centre. U-Bahn station only a few minutes walk away. Staff are very friendly & helpful. I stayed in a newly refurbished room which was very nice. Breakfast was extra but worth it - good value for money. A new on-site hotel bar. Lifts to all floors. English widely spoken if required. Stayed at this hotel numerous

Location. Easy quick walk to the BulowstraBe Ubahn station. Restaurants on PotsdamerstraBe around the corner. Wifi was great. I was on the ground floor in the section of the hotel that was only accessible via a quick walk through the hotel's parking area, but therefore the room was QUIET. No noise from the train outside the front. The room also felt newly renovated.

The room was the basic double room not too many square meters but
everything perfectly in place and plenty of storage cabinets and a space
for luggage,the bed mattress was very comfortable the colour scheme is

Modern hotel interior design in modern style. If you love black and white variations in the interior and the windows in the wall - this is your varinat. Is not located in a tourist area, in a fairly quiet area. The surrounding area has biomarkety (by Haupt shatrasse).

Läget var helt perfekt! Ett stenkast från den stora shoppinggatan med affärer och restauranger. Dessutom gångavstånd till flygbussen!! Hotellet i sig var väldigt fräscht och bra. Fint badrum! Att det låg vid stationen.Att man inte fick ha sprit till rummen för det var många skolungdomar som bode där.Nära till allt. Och att man hade ett litet kök nära matsalen om man ville göra sin egen mat. -
Receptionisterna var trevliga och svarade gärna på våra besvärliga frågor.

very nice hotel. great location - easy access by foot, bike, metro, car. Good breakfast - a bit expensive if you consider feeding the whole family :-) Only rated "good" for comfort because of the constraction which is currently is going on in a backyard. -

Det var rent och prydligt. Jag uppskattade särskilt att det inte fanns några heltäckningsmattor i lägenheten, eftersom jag har allergi. Jag har alltid problem med min allergi på hotellrum med mattor. Det var också bra att det var en lädersoffa och inte tyg med tanke på allergi. - Det fanns faktiskt ingenting att klaga på. Personalen på kontoret var

The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german
