Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered. Good location, close to all areas when hiring a bike.

The apartments arelocated just next to Kohstrasse metrostation. May be just 30 minutes walking to Branderburg gates so it is very convinient to live there if you wan to see Berlin yourself.
We live on the first floor it is just absolutely perfect terrace with tje table outside the balcony door that must be absolutely perfect in May (we were in Nothember but anyway i appreciated it. 100% value for money

They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. The place is really good to stay. It is easy to find and close to check in. Moreover, it is the center of the city: 3 min to Check Point Charlie and 15 min to Branderburg Tor and Museum Island. Having a whole apartment for myself! Very well located, only 2 blocks away from Charlie Checkpoint.
There is a small market just in front of the apt.
I recommend booking an apartment only for those that will stay +4 nights, otherwise it is not worth it.

The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Everything was within a short walking distance away. Every easy to get around and see the sights. There was a train/metro station just 2-3 minutes outside of the hotel door. -
