Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered. Good location, close to all areas when hiring a bike.

We were a group of four adults and two small children, the apartment was easily big enough for us. It is located on the second floor -
in general all very ploho.ne not something extra, but all German pedantic. in the bath and the kitchen has everything you need. in the tsenntre Berlin is very convenient.

Very convenient to most major attractions; easy walk to Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamerplatz and underground. Big enough for a family with teenagers (2 bathrooms!). Good location for restaurants. Everything is within easy walking distance. Bike hire is only 400m up the road. -

Such a nice apartment, we felt like we were at home! the young man responsible for the key handover was very friendly and helpfull, he was already there as we arrived. The apartment was great! We were a group of 9 girls in our late 20s & there was plenty of room for us all. Only 2 bathrooms so was hectic when all trying to shower but we made it work!
There's a supermarket 3 blocks away or a small one opposite, & a taxi rank outside Checkpoint Charlie.

Great location near the underground, close by to supermarkets and good cafes and checkpoint charlie.
Very spacious and comfortable, bedrooms downstairs gave us freedom to enjoy ourselves in lounge without worrying our footsteps would be making noise for neighbours. Balcony as well and a very quiet area, no problems sleeping at all.
Would definitely stay again.

They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. The staff is very polite and do their work well. Their facilities are also in very good conditions, and the staff is very receptive to fix any problems that may occur. The bathroom/wc and kitchen and living area is being cleaned every day. Overall the place is very comfortable and you really get your value for money. And the location in Kreuzberg

Location is good , easy for take the U- bhan ..underground ..very practical ..with a three day or 72 hours welcome card ..you find in airport by arrivel .
I had contact with the people by mail before ..I came on time ..everything was ready and clean ..she explain about the room and bathroom and give me the keys ..and told me where I could drop them by check out ..paid ..and that was it ..I could straitgh away enjoy my citytrip :-)

very nice hotel. great location - easy access by foot, bike, metro, car. Good breakfast - a bit expensive if you consider feeding the whole family :-) Only rated "good" for comfort because of the constraction which is currently is going on in a backyard. -

Ett trevkigt bemöttande, sjysst läge.... - Location was excellent, Carsten who met us was very helpful. Apartment was excellent value for money and very comfortable, would definitely stay again and reccommend. - Ideal city-center location in facilities that were of a very high standard. Owner was a perfect host, most helpful, friendly throughout.
