  Närhet Centrum - I didn't expect such a good service and condition of the room. It's only 60 euro per night for a twin/triple room, so I give highest score on value for money. The breakfast is very tasty, and there is a decent amount of selections. The location is convenient. Only 5 minutes walking to main station.   Everything's fine with this hotel - thoroughly recommended. We had a nice big room and the hotel's in a quite location. Free bicycle loan is very handy for this city.   The host family was originally from Armenia and were helpfull and welcoming. Their first language was Russian and second was German but they speak a fair English too. Me being from Turkey, they were very warm to me. Large bedroom and bathroom. Quite close to the tram station (halte). The rich breakfast (traditional).
