  I was very impressed by the friendly staff to mention one particular receptionist who went a mile to make is comfortable , Jessi thank you . The location is great , the staff are friendly , good value for money and very clean indeed . I stayed with my partner and a 12 week old baby and we all enjoyed out stay . - The free travelcard that they pro... vad folk säger » vided is handy. The staffs were generally cheerful and very helpful. The fact that it is close to the train station makes it particularly convenient to move around. They have also provided a big umbrella in the room for their guests' usage. How considerate!

  Very good location, near the central station in the town centre. A very friendly and nice atmosphere.   I know there have been a few poor reviews of this hotel but if you go ask for a street side room, the rooms are spacious, the beds ae firm but fine and the room is clean and functional. It's not luxurious and that's ok for what you pay. If we come again I would stay here again - The location was excellent, as it was a short walk to the train station. There were tram and bus stops nearby as well. Breakfast was very nice. I mentioned that it was our one year anniversary, and we had fresh fruit in our room when we arrived. I'm not sure if it's standard, but it was definitely a nice treat since we checked in at around midnight and were a bit hungry.

  Good, fairly large and wrell equipt room. - Everything. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facility is great and so conveniently located. I will be hoping to stay there again when I return to Hannover in the summer. - I loved everything about the hotel and if I ever have the opportunity I will stay ther again
