  It was our third time staying in this hotel. The staff is very friendly & helpful. B/fast is plenty and has lots of choices. We didn't try the evening meals but it always looked delicious and plenty. I would recommend this hotel any day. - Had a lovely time here, visiting family in Sennalger.   Everything! The staff are extremely polite and professional. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The selection of food at breakfast was excellent. We moved to this hotel after a very bad experience at another hotel in Paderborn.   Friendly staff, very helpful, including domestic staff, very clean, VERY comfortable bed, LOVELY view of Paderborn rooftops and sunsets, very good breakfasts. - The staff was very friendly. Good position in the city, you can reach by walk both the city centre and the HNF museum. The bed was very confortable.

  The staff is plesant and efficient. They apologised that there was no menu in english and quickly located someone in the staff to sit with me and translate what was in the menu. This is *Service*. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. - good and new sauna facilities, very friendly and helpful personnel.
