  The professional people who man the reception desk are great.   The free breakfast buffet was served at great times (until late morning) and was actually more than a few stale croissants- meat, bread, yogurt, bagels,cereal,fruit, boiled eggs, etc. The hotel offers free wifi- which works and is usable and fast. In Mitte there are some great restaurants,cafes, and shopping. - The location is perfect. Mitte is a great area with lots of vintage stores, nice restaurants en great pubs. Within a couple of minutes you walk to the river Spree, which runs through the hart of the city. Big hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

  Good location near the most vibrant and interesting part of Berlin, small but very nicely furbished and stylish calm rooms, absolutely clean, good housekeeping, excellent breakfast served in the small but cosy restaurant or outside in the courtyard, extremely competent and supportive staff in the restaurant (being early at breakfast: "no problem, ... vad folk säger » I`ll get you the rea...") and the reception desk (they did the shipment of an important document for me, reliable and just as a matter of course - tha - Excellent design, rooms are of a good size and well isolated. The Amano group who runs the hotel concists of several highlights such as their gin tonic bar with gins from all over the world, the restaurant at Mani which seems stunning, and the Amano bar which is famous within Berlins cocktail scene.   It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.   We loved the location. We stayed at the Lichener location and it was in the heart of a lot of action, but quiet due to the enclosed court yard.   Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.
