  Absolutely everything!!! Great hotel. We had a lovely room,great location, the swimming pool was great, the dining room has an amazing chef that makes amazing food, but best of all the staff were all wonderful.   The staff was remarcable and very helpfull. The locaiton is absolutely perfect, you have it all - tourist atractions, restaurants (even running sushi - my favourite), shopping, transport... The hotel is also very nice and breakfast is great. And the offer I got from letsbookhotel.com was unbelivable!!! - Every thing. The Hilton is by the river ut the NH is very close to everything also and lss expensive for the same amenities.

  This is not what we expected! It was much better! We had some bad experiences with Holliday Inn in the United States, but the one in Dresden was excellent. Definitely worth the price. The facility in Dresden was in much better conditions that they usually are in the US. Room and bathroom were really clean and cozy. They spoke excellent English which doesn't a - Room is very nice, big and clean. Room is preety modern and maybe luxury- it has standard of 4 stars hotels. It is really good hotel. Stuff is very kind and helpful, one miss cleaned parking place for us and they are really all helpful and kind. Parking is public but hotel owns 20 places which are separate by metal doors. Elevator is going to there. Location is perfect, close to Main Street and Grunes Gewolbe Museum. We recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone.

  Centralt lugnt bra standard - This was a wonderful, first class hotel. The service was excellent and the rooms and furnishings were classy and comfortable, and the hotel location right next to the Frauenkirche in the center of the "old" (sightseeing part of the) city was great.   We stayed in the hostel section of the hotel but the rooms were very clean and although a little small, much like a hotel room. The kitchen was big and very clean and so were the shared bathrooms. I think they were even cleaned overnight as they were nice again in the morning after everyone had been using them. Seemed to be very big and I can imag - - Staff were very, but very helpful and polite considering that I had a few favours and questions. Thank you so much! - My room and shared bathrooms outside were both very clean, quiet and peace on the corridors - location is really good; pretty near from Hbf train station, and also close to Altmark Galerie - Maps of Dresden and train schedule provided at reception - Breakfast included in the price.   Location perfect, experiencing a close view of the Frauenkirche (and the ring of the bells). Very spacious, TVs in lounge and bedroom, very good shower/wc, adequate kitchen.   Great location on Neumarkt (main square) in historic Dresden. Ultra modern; very tastefully done; excellent -- and consistent -- decor. Good value.   Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions. The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. - Everything was superb.   Fabulous luxurious hotel, central location, spa facilities are great, an out door jacuzzi! staff are friendly and breakfast is excellent - The location was perfect for visiting all of the top sites. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

  One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The personel were extremely attentive, and practically predicted our wishes. The staff was great with recommendations and made all the necessary arrangements for dinner reservations (and changing them when we got caught up in shopping) ...etc. The service in this hotel was second to none. We stayed in a "grand" room, which wa - What a great hotel. This hotel is superb in every way. The hotel lobby is big bright and modern and sets the tone for ones stay . The location is very good in the newly refurbished part of Dresden old town. The room was a delight, large high ceilings, modern contemporary design and a funky bathroom. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.
