  Läget, Flexibiliteten, Priset, Personalen - The Max Beer apartment made me feel like home but just in Berlin: Perfect location (e.g: Alexanderplatz, Restaurants, Bars, near Museums, Opera, Humboldt University), perfect transport (e.g.: S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Buses, easy airport connections), comfort (internet, practical kitchen, three blocks to a huge sup... vad folk säger » ermarket). The next time in Berlin will be surely in the same apartment. - The location was wonderful, staff really helpful. The apartment was very modern and comfortable. New kitchen with washing machine was a real delight! I can honestly recommend this place to anyone.

  The the location of this hotel was amazing, Located halfway between Checkpoint Charlie and a remaining portion of the wall with a great exhibit. The hotel was new and very clean but I had a few problems which I will give in details on the next section but the hotel staff adjusted my bill to reflect these issues and were very courteous. The restaurant adjacent - The location of the hotel, which is right beside Check Point Charley, and represents a perfect starting point for an historical and cultural sightseeing! Moreover, the confort of the room: my wife and I had read several negative reports about a supposed "glass wall" in the room, between the toilette and the bedroom, but that turned out in-existent. Maybe the problem had been satisfactorily solved!

  Att det låg vid stationen.Att man inte fick ha sprit till rummen för det var många skolungdomar som bode där.Nära till allt. Och att man hade ett litet kök nära matsalen om man ville göra sin egen mat. - Receptionisterna var trevliga och svarade gärna på våra besvärliga frågor.   Då vi reste med barn fick vi en lägenhet med kök. Mycket bra att enkelt kunna göra välling och mycket positivt att det var gott om utrymme för lekar. - A lovely spacious room....light-filled and airy....in a quiet, elegant section of the city...staff friendly and cool....wi fi connection just great.   This apartment was spacious, clean, bright and very centrally located. It was furnished to a very high standard and very comfortable. I would typically stay in another hotel close by when visiting Berlin but I would make Karlito Apartments my regular place to stay from now on.   The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day. (Still it's an open area so you can drive in/out - We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. The internet in the lobby was quite slow but considering that it was free of char

Really beautiful corner apartment full of windows, great view at TeleTower. Technics, furniture, equipment, stuff are very fine and new, good well known producers (AEG, Toshiba, etc.). Delicious croissants in the morning. Coffee. Clean, fresh. Large comfortable lift. It was one of my best rooms/apartments abroad. Well located, between two different subway stations (different lines), 2-3 minutes walk. Alexander Platz is 7-10 minutes walk.
