  This hotel was very nice the resturant had great food the beer was good. The room was very nice and modern and clean. The staff was very helpful ,we liked that the hotel has a garage underground. Everything you need is right there at this hotel rest,food,and drinks. - Our room was spectacular, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good... vad folk säger » and had a great variety of choices. Parking garage was nice as it was right under the hotel. Easy access to sightseeing in Karlsruhe by street car located not far from the hotel.

  Had a wonderful short stay at this hotel , I was traveling with my elderly mom and dad , my sister joined us from France . This hotel is clean , the house keeping did a great job , the restaurant is excellent compared to Novotel 4 stars business hotel in Berlin . I would very much recommend it to any visitor to Karlsruhe .   hospitality - Room was a bit tired, but location and friendly staff (plus free parking) and great breakfast more than offset that. Not the Ritz by any means, but a good value and 'local feel' for families who like going off the beaten path.

  Staff was really friendly, even afterwards. I was there on business, but had to leave in a hurry, so I forgot the quittance of the payed bill. I contacted Ibis the first day after may stay and the send me a quittance via E-Mail.   Great location, excellent food in the restraunt for both dinner and breakfast. The price was really amazing for such a nice hotel. - Excellent sauna and steam room. The hotel is very close to the city centre, a 10-minute walk.
