  The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent. We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.. Great to sit out here and have a beer. - I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

  Läget var fantastiskt. Vi råkade få ett rum med utsikt över Neckar. Helt oslagbart att vakna och det är det första man tittar på. - A great stay! I went to a conference while my wife shopped and enjoyed the Heidelberg sites. The parking garage, for only 8 euro per day, was easy. A great room with high ceilings. An excellent breakfast with free n... vad folk säger » ewspapers. And, when I left my cell phone charger, they mailed it back to me free of charge! - I liked that the private garage was so close. If you need a place for your car, just make sure to say so on your reservation. It was close, convenient and very safe (although I would have felt just as safe leaving it on the street in Heidelberg, it was nice knowing it was secure).

  I liked that the room was super clean, updated, and there was no smell of smoke anywhere in the hotel including common areas. Very tidy experience. Also, in room 22, I could stick my head out the window and look up and down the river Neckar. Staff spoke English - The staff was friendly and the location was great! Our room looked out on the river and the old bridge. The view was beautiful, and the location is right off the pedestrian zone.
