  Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are of a fair size. The hotel is in a very good location for my purposes. - Quiet, clean, good breakfast; helpful, friendly staff. I had stayedthere before and chose it again, and would do so in the future. Handy tothe train station, and a pleasant 20-minute walk into the old town.

  We had excellent service from the friendly staff at ISG. They also had washing facilities which was very handy after a week or so on the road. WiFi was good and we were able to log in with all our devices easily. - Very spacious room with balcony, extremely clean and a good location...even without a car there's a tram stop outside that gets you i... vad folk säger » nto Heidelberg in 20 minutes.
