  Staff friendly and helpful with a good knowledge of the English language , some with a knowledge of colloquial english. Food excellent and with generous portions service was excellent as well . I would and will recommend the Ibis Hotel at Hamburg to my collegues. - I always liked the location and the rooms. And the food is good. Last good meals ... vad folk säger » before leaving Germany. Hassle free stays in a quietly run hotel. Very close to the airport. The price is very good too. The staff is always friendly and efficient.

  Cosy hotel with very frienly and hospital staff. Location is preferable as it takes only 10-15 minutes walk to reach terminals from hotel and stil minibus transfer is avaiolable for 3-5 minutes drive to terminal and/or back! - We liked the food, the clean room, the courteous service - especially the Ethiopian gentleman who served our food.
