  Korrekt personal, hög säkerhet, service bra - the room was very clean and new and it was very roomy. the bathroom had a fantastic shower. the location of the hotel is excellent, the street behind the hotel is full of restaurants. there are nice breakfast places there as well, so no need to pay for the hotel breakfast. there were some reviews abo... vad folk säger » ut noise, but that was not my experience. we were only on the second floor but it was not noisy - The room was fantastic - really spacious and with a good view of the Alster. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was well placed for walking into the city centre.

  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience. Short walk to Town Hall square and lake. Very helpful staff at reception. Seuss penthouse suite which was superb and excellent value. Can't really fault the hotel except the design of the ground floor areas is rather bland and uninteresting.

  25hours Hafen City is a very nice design hotel with harbor concept. There are esprits that you find in the design which makes you feel good and surprises sometimes.   Bra läge. Nära till två tunnelbanestioner. Väldigt lätt att ta sig till hotellet med tunnelbanan från flygplatsen. Nära till centrumet(10 minuters gång till Rathaus). Rummet var stort, hade alla bekvämligheter,modern design. Otroligt bra utsikt över staden från rummet. Väldigt vänlig personal-fick alltid hjälp direkt när vi frågade dem.   One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very pleasant staff and rooms are fantastic! Location right next to Hagenbeck Tierpark makes it a great choice for Families and the Bus and Trains are leaving 500 m away to get into town in 15 minutes!!! Great Bar and Bar-staff super friendly! Kitchenette with combi microwave, fridge, dishwasher and ample crockery and cooking equipment. Balcony. Bathroom with powerful shower, plenty shelf space and washing machine and drier. Supermarkets and bakery ... vad folk säger » within a few yards. Excellent quiet location and walked to everything we wanted to visit. Friendly staff. - Adina was only a short walk from all the xmas market. Hotel was very clean and comfort. Transport links to the airport were very easy using the S1 station was only 7 minutes walk away. Bakery and supermarket just around the corner, will definently go to hotel again
