Can't believe it's "only" a three star hotel! Have been to several four star hotels which don't reach the standard of this one. Staff was exceptionally welcoming, efficient and also fluent in English. Room was spacious and modern. Ordered a light bite in the bar at night, and were served an excellent Ceaser sallad. Free internet via LAN cable in the rooms (do not forget to ask for a LAN cable). Luggage room is available, you are given labels for the bags left. Your luggage safely locked in a special room.

The Hotel is really very good, in a very good location (on foot 3 min away from Hauptbahnhof and 10 min from Center), very clean, quiet enough, cheap, staff was polite.
I really did not find anything bad in this Hotel and of course I recommend that to everybody who want a good place to stay without spending a lot of money!!! -

Hotel is literally at the terminal station of the tram 17 which takes you to Hauptbahnhof in less than 15 minutes. I've stayed in many hotels in the suburbs of different cities, and this was one of the closest to the public transport.

Friendly night staff - we arrived really late (5 am) and there was no problem with the check in. -
Everything was perfect. We arrived very late (2am) but were well received and the rooms were ready for us. The rooms were clean and the beds VERY comfortable after a long trip on the road. Pity we couldn't stay longer.
