  Great location on Neumarkt (main square) in historic Dresden. Ultra modern; very tastefully done; excellent -- and consistent -- decor. Good value. The modern building and decor was totally unexpected -- but exceedingly well done. Great hotel! - Brilliant location, beautiful rooms and superb staff. Breakfast was excellent.   One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The personel were extremely attentive, and practically predicted our wishes. The staff was great with recommendations and made all the necessary arrangements for dinner reservations (and changing them when we got caught up in shopping) ...etc. The service in this hotel was second to none. We stayed in a "grand" room, which wa - What a great hotel. This hotel is superb in every way. The hotel lobby is big bright and modern and sets the tone for ones stay . The location is very good in the newly refurbished part of Dresden old town. The room was a delight, large high ceilings, modern contemporary design and a funky bathroom. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.

The hotel staff offered full-day tram and bus free-pass ticket with the tram and bus map. It was very helpful. - Very helpful staff at reception and the free tram pass was helpful and it was across the road from the train station

  Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions. The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. - Everything was superb. The restaurant Maurice was expensive, but given the standards of both food and service, more than justified the cost.

  I liked the hotel, the food, the service, the room. The hotel owner goes far beyond his line of duty for the well being of his guests. I got the flu while I was in Dresden. The day we were supposed to leave I was feeling terrible and of course was not able to go anywhere. He let us keep the room until 5:00 pm, the time our train was leaving and too... vad folk säger » k us himself to the train station to save me from having to wait for a taxi. This is the first time that I encounter this. - While outside Dresden, it is on a good bus line (75) and only 20 minutes to the old town (free with Dresden Card). Quiet location, easy car access and free parking.

  A good find in a great location - just a short walk to the tram which runs 24 hours into the city which was just 2 Euro each way. Parking on site was limited but can be booked in advance. Very clean hotel. - A very good overall location - Large rooms, good breakfast.
