  Perfect location - although car probably essential. Beautiful surroundings and lovely walks, restaurants and collection of shops. Room basic but immaculate and comfortable bed.   It is a nice and quite hotel. It is also clean and ideal for someone who need a hotel for a few days. - Parking, quiet and peaceful place to take a rest after workday. Good value for money.

  We were on a family visit in Blankenese so for us the location was excellent. This hotel is 5 mins walk from S-Bahnhof Blankenese with superb direct services via S1-line to the city centre (25 mins) and Hamburg-Airport (50 mins) running every 10 mins or one can also use the fast Bus No 36 to the city centre. Really excellent breakfast (more than ... vad folk säger » you can eat!) - decor a little bit dated but perfectly alright and very clean. We asked for a room to the rear at the time of booking and it was real - Located a little way out of city but on a good bus and train routes. Check in staff very polite and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable, spacious bathroom. Breakfast very good choices. Would return
