  The staff and the service were very fine. I saw the gentleman behind the front desk offer to help another guest locate a place to buy some rare auto parts!   Mkt trevlig och bra personal - The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. It is very convenient to the U-bahn and S-bahn. Excellent breakfast. - The hotel is fairly close to the metro stop. Also, it's very clean and good value for money.

  Vi bodde i en junior svit vilket var riktigt bra. Badrum och faciliteter var hög standard på. Första kvällen åt vi på hotellets restaurang.   The the location of this hotel was amazing, Located halfway between Checkpoint Charlie and a remaining portion of the wall with a great exhibit. The hotel was new and very clean but I had a few problems which I will give in details on the next section but the hotel staff adjusted my bill to reflect these issues and were very courteous. The restaurant adjacent - The location of the hotel, which is right beside Check Point Charley, and represents a perfect starting point for an historical and cultural sightseeing! Moreover, the confort of the room: my wife and I had read several negative reports about a supposed "glass wall" in the room, between the toilette and the bedroom, but that turned out in-existent. Maybe the problem had been satisfactorily solved!

  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Afer the four nights stay I feel that hotels near Zoological Garten station is best used as a base if comparing other areas like Alexanderplatz and ... vad folk säger » Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though.
