  Very service minded staff! Nice and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Stayed during the Berlin Marathon weekend where they focused on servicing the runners that lived at their hotel (baskets of bananas etc.) and even after check out they let me use their vitality club to shower and relax before the trip back home.   the staff were extremely helpful. Anything that you would want they would try and get for you. - Although not in centre the U-bahn makes it very easy to get anywhere, and there are plenty restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and sauna area.

  The views from our room and the hotel's location is outstanding. The proximity to TierGarten and centrum is very convenient.. However, inside the hotel, this just gets better... We received and upgraded room with access already at 8.30 in the morning! Fine pool and sauna facility. Nice work out room.
