  Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean.   In Berlin it is the cheapest place you can sleep comfortably and with no worry. The staff Nadia and Best are the best always happy and ready to help. It was not my first time in Berlin but this one was the nicest. Was suppossed to stay one day and stay one week. - All the things a hostel might need were there and in a good condition.

  good location for car owners because it's situated just outside the Umwelt-zone, there is every 6 min a tram going to Alexanderplatz (you are there in less then 10min), friendly hotel owners and spacious room+bathroom, very clean and well equipped. We stayed in the backyard of the hotel, it was quite, we slept very well. - The hotel is well placed just next to the underground station. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and well lit. The staff generally pleasant and helpful. Very good for sight-seeing and a break in the city.
