  The hotel has an excellent central location. Furnishings and decor are simple but pleasant and comfortable. Staff members were amiable and went out of their way to help make my stay a good one. - Amiable, willing to oblige staff. Located in a safe area, though central.   In Berlin it is the cheapest place you can sleep comfortably and with no worry. The staff Nadia and Best are the best always happy and ready to help. It was not my first time in Berlin but this one was the nicest. Was suppossed to stay one day and stay one week. - All the things a hostel might need were there and in a good condition.

  We are really enjoyed this apartment during our three days stay in Berlin. Location was excellent for us (5 min. Walk from S-Bahn station). We were able to reach the city center in ca. 30 min. From the apartment. Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. They showed rooms, explained how to use stuff and etc. Rooms were very clean ... vad folk säger » and well equipped with almost everything we needed for our stay, relax and cooking. I asked to enable a Wi-Fi internet beforehand (we payed separately - Everything written by previous visitors about this apartment is true. Clean, comfortable, roomy, in a quiet and safe place, 5-7 minutes walking time from an S-Bahn station, very welcoming persons meeting you on the day of arrival. Choosing this place to stay in Berlin was really lucky for us. A little hint for those who will use the famous "tricky shower": turn the water flow to maximum, and the temperature will not be so volatile (lesser water flow can result in the heater switching off).

  We were 3 adult friends spending a weekend in Berlin together. The apartment was great for us. The interior was well planned out and the location was perfect for us- only 4 minutes to the efficient underground for access to all areas of Berlin. Yvonne was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly and very very helpful. Very nice staff, nice comfy room and a small kirchenette. Good supermarkets a few hundred meters from the hotel. Ubahn and bus within 6 min walking. 20minuteswalk to Tresor Club or in an other direction Wild at Heart for some Rock. If you want to walk to Brandenburger Tor its about 30 min. The kebap at Princenstrasse ubahn is super!!

  Awesome Location just on the lake on the middle of the old forest. Wa had a see view room and it was one of the best picture of the morning. Fresh rooms with minimal scandinavian interior. - It's really cosy place to stay. Very comfortable rooms with a beautiful view to the riverside. It's the best value for money, to stay in Berlin.

  It was seconds from the U-Bahn stop. Nice downtown location. Apt. was roomy for family with 2 kids. It has all the cooking items you need for a short trip. It has a garage for a extra small fee.   Our double room was very simple, only two beds in the room. However, the room has air heating and external window. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and willing to help. The hotel has a good connection with train and tram to city center, and in near by area there are big supermarkets and MacDonald.
