Excellent staff and owner. The most friendly and helpful people we have seen in our eight days in Europe. Petra is the owner and manager. She is the best. This is a family owned business since 1840. A must place to stay for a pampering. Their bakery is the best. Friendly, family environment. Informal atmosphere. Small kitchenette (room 105). Good view. Free use of train/bus with hotel issued card. Manager was exceptional.
