  Very service minded staff! Nice and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Stayed during the Berlin Marathon weekend where they focused on servicing the runners that lived at their hotel (baskets of bananas etc.) and even after check out they let me use their vitality club to shower and relax before the trip back home.   The location is fantastic. The hotel combines all modern convenienceswith old world charm. We loved it! Great hotel. Lovely room. Great bed.Also, very quiet. - The staff were very friendly and had great customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was great also.

  The helpful staff and friendliness. They also spoke English very well. - The Alma Schlosshotel is an excellent hotel. It was to the standard I would expect of a 5* hotel and would stay there again.

  It's a cheap hostel that has great location- very close to the S-bahn (S5, S7, S75), U-bahn (U1), some trams and there's 24h supermarket (Kaisers) in front of the hostel. Rooms are clean, pretty big and heaters fortunately works. It's a tenement house but it's really nice. You share the bathroom with only 2 rooms. I didnt feel scared to leave my stuff in the room. Staff was very helpful and useful, they advice us many time exactly to locations we wanted and we were pleased with that. It was perfect for those who want to save a bit of the budged in living.
