  Härlig frukost - Enkel standard men rent och snyggt på rummen. Mycket bra frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Allmänna utrymmena - wc och dusch - hölls i mycket bra skick trots att det var mycket folk på hotellet. Läget var mycket bra och centralt, promenadavstånd till Potsdamer Platz och Brandenburger Tor.

  Trevlig personal - we whole family liked a lot. only minus was traffic sounds, but it's not hotels fault and berlin is berlin. it's was very easy to go berlin centrum by bus. - The staff at reception was very good.I got better room than what i had booked.I really enjoyed my stay here.Very good location.Value for money.

  Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar.   We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless.
