  Ett perfekt "stopp" första kvällen eftersom jag landade vid Schönefeld flygplats sent på kvällen. Suverän service med skjuts var 20:e minut från busstationen några hundra meter från flygplatsen och till hotellet. Fint rum och en helt suverän frukost på morgonen. Kan verkligen rekomenderas för alla som vill ta det lungt innan de ger sig ut i vimmlet... vad folk säger » i Berlin. - Utmärkt.

  This is a budget hotel given its price (good hotels in Berlin tend to be much more expensive) but it goes an extra mile to be something more than that. The exterior and interior design is very tasteful and cool. Whilst at the airport I decided to book a room at Meininger Hotel for easy access back to the airport very early next morning.   It's a cheap hostel that has great location- very close to the S-bahn (S5, S7, S75), U-bahn (U1), some trams and there's 24h supermarket (Kaisers) in front of the hostel. Rooms are clean, pretty big and heaters fortunately works. It's a tenement house but it's really nice. You share the bathroom with only 2 rooms. I didnt feel scared to leave my stuff in the room. Staff was very helpful and useful, they advice us many time exactly to locations we wanted and we were pleased with that.   We loved everything about the Alitania apartments, the apt was just like home, bright, extremely clean beautifully furnished. The location is superb. It was our 3rd time in Berlin in 2 years but our first staying in an apartment. Mela the manager had the apt equipped for us and even had a present for my son, she is a lovely lady. There is a shopping centre 20 meters from the front door that has 2 supermarkets in the basement. There must be at least 30 restuarants witin walking distance as well as the sony centre. There is also a Starbucks in the same block. The staff were very heplful. Especially Mela Ikanovic.

  The hotel has an excellent central location. Furnishings and decor are simple but pleasant and comfortable.   trevlig personal - We liked that it wasn't on beachfront Berlin, it was 8 mins walk away from Potsdamer Platz which was perfect to take in all the historical sights nonetheless. The hotel is a typical conference churner and the rooms very business oriented but very comfortable, good size and floor heating in the bathrooms! When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.
