Nära till flyget - The attention to detail in everything. I felt like I was at home and could really relax. My room was immaculate. They even cleaned the dust off the pipes under the sink. There was a big soft overstuffed leather chair that really was comfortable The staff was very knowlegeful and helpful. - The ease of getting to a 5:00 check-in -

We had a nice night here before leaving for home after a 10 day trip in Germany. This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. It was clean and suited our requirements. We just needed somewhere to stay before leaving for the airport next morning and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and nice and we had a nice buffet dinner there in the evening.. - Staff were brilliant-very helpful(Tina-trainee- and Matthias in particular) , breakfast was the best we had in our 8 weeks

The wonderful apartment had a lot of place, extra-comfortable beds andvery warm atmosphere. The premiere tv was included in room price andthis is a really good feature. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
