Nära till flyget - The attention to detail in everything. I felt like I was at home and could really relax. My room was immaculate. They even cleaned the dust off the pipes under the sink. There was a big soft overstuffed leather chair that really was comfortable The staff was very knowlegeful and helpful. - The ease of getting to a 5:00 check-in -

This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. The hotel was very close to the airport, about 5 min and how we were supposed to be at the airport very early to make the car rental return and catch ou flight, it was great. Rooms just like shown at pictures, clean, nice linnens, AC/heater quiet and working well. Bathroom cozy with great shower.
