  Nice friendly couple who speak excellent English and have a wonderful Hotel, the room was more like a small apartment with it's small but very well equipped kitchenette. Breakfast, Ahh! Breakfast! Hotel staff and particularly Mr. Frieben (Owner) were amazing in terms of giving very personal service. I found it like sitting in my home, excellent in terms of everything. I would definitely stay again as a loyal guest!

Close to airport, we were greeted at the door and treated very cordially by the gentleman in charge, directed to a restaurant for dinner and served a good breakfast in the morning.   First of all I think it’s really important to mention how friendly are the owners , they have offered a great warming hospitality and been so helpful all times ( if you are traveling with family this is the best place for you ), I have stayed in the ground floor flat , it’s very clean with an amazing garden and bathroom that children have enjoyed ... vad folk säger » so much . The flat is one minute walk away from the train station that takes you to the city centre. - We arrived at Cologne late in the evening following a series of problems on route. We were warmly greeted by our hosts who invited into their home for a meal. We can highly recommend the accommodation and the location. It was an easy and comfortable journey into cologne centre from the local train/tram station and there were a good selection of shops within easy walking distance.

  We thought it was a very good hotel. The rooms were very large compared to many in Germany, the hotel was easy to find, and the restaurant was very good. A full breakfast buffet was included in the price, which was great. The hotel is a very quick drive to the Cologne airport. - Friendly helpful staff
