The staff was amazing--very helpful, welcoming, and made me so happy that we chose to stay there. Our bathroom was too small for either of us to comfortably use, so they arranged for us to swap to a room with a larger bathroom, which was wonderful. They even moved our luggage to the other room for us.
Both rooms had comfy beds, plenty of wall outlets, and a great view of Place des Halles. We really enjoyed our stay, and would go back again. alla recensioner »
Nice hotel, very friendly staff. The room was small but clean and light. Convenient off street parking for a small fee.
Good location - although we had trouble finding it at first because Google maps got confused and pointed us into the old town one easy streets.
The rooms are clean and have adequate space. On-site parking is 5 euros and is safe.
Reception speaks limited English but is able to communicate. WiFi works well, even on the top floor.

Hotel in great location for the old town of Tours. Very clean. Glad we reserved the parking as it was reasonable, secure and close to the hotel. Rooms small but manageable.
The hotel was close to the old part of town so was idea as a stop over.
Hotel was surprisingly quiet also, even the sound of the market setting up could not be heard.

Staff was extremely accomodating on every level. The hotel was
charming and clean. Located directly across from a great market and

In historic center, clean, sound-proof very well done (saturday morning market just outside the hotel but not audible with windows closed).

The bathroom in the room that we stayed in the first night (room 7) was so small it was basically unusable. Sitting on the toilet, the sink was in my lap.
Wifi was a bit wonky on the second floor; much better on the first.
The open plan and lack of a toilet door provided us with a more intimate experience than expected.
This is not a hotel for the handicapped, there are several flights of steep stairs to reach the rooms.
The hotel room had a ventilation sytem in the bathroom that was not operated by the switch, so was permanently on which at night made a constant low droning noise which made it hard to get to sleep.
Small issue: room got cold at night and it took about 4 hours before the
heater warmed it up.
To find the parking is not easy.
Two tortuous stair cases. Very strange layout in room.Toilet area minute, shower not much better, sink situated in the room behind wooden free standing shelves. No chair to sit on, in all very cramped think we drew the short straw on this one.There were bigger rooms at this hotel.
