  Anna the lady who seemed to be a manager gave us 1st class service. Indeed all the staff were good, very impressed with the speed, and quality of the chef's work. The buffet is a good feature. The rooms (4) were in reasonable condition with only small things not spot on. - Good position and easy access. Good food and friendly staff.

  The hotel was well situated in the city of Arras. The staff in the reception were very helpfull and made our party feel welcome from first arriving. Food very good and again staff were excellent. Would certainly go there again. Hopefully next year. - Large comfortable and clean room, large modern bathroom with excellent shower, central location wit... vad folk säger » hin short walk of city sights including Wellington Tunnels, easy public parking with underground access to hotel.
