Carine and Pieter were lovely hosts. The location is enchanting...quiet, with a beautiful garden. The old renovated farmhouse was very comfortable and clean and close to Rennes le Chateau. You can buy groceries in nearby Couiza, and eat your meals on the beautiful terrace. La Maurine is an excellent base to explore the area, or to just relax and read or write. The owners were lovely couple.They tried their best to make us feel like home.(Even they renewed the breakfast each day according to our preferences.).
Carin was very helpful with any request. The cottage is lovely and cared for. A lovely spot to relax in.
