  This B&B completely blew us away! (For non-US readers that means we were very impressed by it!) When we arrived we pressed the "talk" button on the intercom box attached to the wall that surrounds the Manoir and announced ourselves. A motorized gate swung open for us to drive into the courtyard whereupon our hostess greeted us and took us up ... vad folk säger » to our astonishing room. After settling in we were offered the option of eating supper at the Manoir which was pricey but sounded good. It was outst - Excellent hotel. Rooms are all amazing and very luxurious. Monique and Eric very welcoming and friendly (don't speak English, but luckily 2 of our party were able to speak some French). Monique provided an amazing spread for us in the evening at a cost of 40 euros per person including as much wine as we could drink!! Fabulous swimming pool, although we didn't use it as we were only staying over one night. I can't recommend this hotel enough!!

  Claire took great care to ensure our 90 year old dad was comfortable. She was very patient with me as I negotiated my way around letsbookhotel.com. I had entered incorrect dates of our stay and she responded to each of my emails promptly to help me sort it out. Dinner at the hotel was like a michelin star restaurant.   Easy access. Simple instructions. Friendly atmosphere. Looks like nothing from the outside, but is in up-to-date standard with a great attention to details. - This was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was fab. Beautifully set table and very tasty breakfast.

  The staff were very friendly and the ones we dealt with spoke excellent English - those who didn't were equally as helpful but used more pointing :-). Really appreciated the room upgrade -room was great. Food was excellent.   Clean, comfortable and friendly hotel in a stunning location in the heart of Chablis. The room was large, with an excellent bathroom and aircon which was essential as the outside temperature during our stay reached 35 degrees! Looking at previous reviews I think it must now have been re-decorated. Stayed in main part this time where rooms are smaller but still with good facilities. Restaurant is high quality but not for budget guest. Staff are efficient and polite. - It is a beautiful hotel in a really enchanting town. The room was excellent. Modern, comfortable and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very well appointed too. The Dining Room was amazing. We had a gorgeous evening meal. Breakfast was a treat too.

  Warm welcome. We really enjoyed the wine tasting, having looked round the cellars. We also liked the way they sit you in mixed groups at the dinner table (we sat with Polish, French, Japanese and Dutch couples) and shared many bottles of the family-produced wine!! Good food. Room was clean and comfortable but rustic as opposed to modern. - The Domain is only a few kilometres from Auxerre but you are in the rural environment of the countryside. The Domain is steeped in history and visit the cave for degustation is a must. The Domain Borgnat is not a five star hotel but gives a great experience to visitors wanting to see the real France and enjoy the company of fellow travellers. Regine is a wonderful host and Orlin prepares some of the best food we have had in France.
