  The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, but had 2 floors, with many stairs in between. The baby cot had actually no mattress, which was a shame. Reception staff ladies were very nice pleasant and professional, but the night receptionists (2 men) were almost rude when we'd asked for extra towels. Breakfast was poor, with very few things to... vad folk säger » choose from. Cleaning could be better (saw some hairs here and there), but it also gets a “Pass” from me. The next morning we asked for the housekeep - We went for a weekend trip at Disneyland with some friends the hotel was quite close to Disneyland 3-5 min trip with the car. The hotel was super it has all the facilities for a 4 star hotel and very clean. The staff where not so good English speakers but they tried their best so nothing to comment. Breakfast its ok for France so its worth it. They have a very good equipped gym, a nice SPA and the parking was free. You have a good equipped kitchen in every room ! A pleasant and a clean hotel.

  A warm welcome by the manager, the peace and quiet for a good night's sleep, followed by a stunning breakfast in the morning! Wish we had spent more time in Provins to explore this wonderful historical city. - Friendliness of staff, personal touch, original design of hotel
