  As we had an issue with the booking (it seems that there was no more room available), we were called by the hotel 1 hours after we bookeed (55e for 3 people - 1 room) and proposed to be upgraded to another hotel (105e per night/room) but we paid 55e.   Initially we picked the hotel because we only wanted to spend one night in Calais en route to central France and it was reasonably priced. We found it to be excellent on all matters.   It has a garage for car security. It is quiet at night. The rooms are well furnished and decorated. Beds are comfortable and the staff are very friendly.   I stayed here last summer and was impressed then, so returned with friends for a weekends shopping. Stayed two nights, great food, great staff, and great leisure facilities. Rooms comfortable and clean, plenty of on site parking.   St Omer is a lovely little town only about 30 minutes away from Calais, so if you want to get away from the bustle its a great place to relax outside a bar. Food and drink at budgets to meet all pockets. Ibis is really central. Basic chain hotel with secure parking right in the centre of the town. We had stayed here before and were not disappointed. We had problems with our TV and the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly and tried to fix it. When they couldn't they offered us another room but we said that we could live without the TV for one night!

  Used as stop over on my way to Calais. Staff friendly and helpful. Arrived late, they accommodated my vehicle and the car park is secure which was a bonus. The room was very clean and modern, unusual lay out, curtain covers wash and shower area, toilet separate room. Would stay here again, seen a few eating places ju - We just wanted a clean comfortable room for the night as we were on a driving trip to Sicily from UK. Availability was most welcomed at such short notice. The reception was helpful, room was clean, quite and comfortable. Breakfast was not so abundant but enough.

  The attention of the staff was first class as was the service! We stayed in the 'old' part of the hotel which was very comfortable and very clean. All the staff were exceptionally helpful! - The room was very welcoming after a long drive and the facilities excellent. The dining room, food and wine were exceptional value for money.
