We loved this place! It was absolutely beautiful, in a charming setting,
and the room was delightful. We walked around the whole little area,
down several lanes and saw the old parish church, several farms and
bridges, and the pastures and gardens, including the orchard where the

Everything about Le Petit Sully was wonderful! The owner and most
gracious hostess, Jeanine Poulain, could not have been more friendly,
warm and welcoming. We felt as though we were her personal guests in her
home! The house is the epitome of French countryside, with beautifully
decorated rooms and personal touches everywhere. Waking up in the
morning and opening the wide windows, we were greeted by an idyllic view
of lush green with cows and horses including her little colt, Dream, in

The accommodation was outstanding with excellent facilities & carefully designed. The family were most welcoming. Breakfast was served in a unique way, on our terrace, and consisted of a wide range of home made products. We were able to park our motorcycle securely in a locked garage which was very useful. -

Perfect hospitality in an unforgettable place! The room is big yet cozy
and the Chateau is very well kept (modern clean bathroom) but you can
still fill the 17th century glamour. Also has a generous breakfast. The
owners are extremely welcoming and helped us plan our day trips in the

We had a very warm & relaxed welcome from Nicholas who gave us a lot
of information about the house & the area. His advice about places
to visit & where to eat was very helpful. Christine provided us with
excellent breakfasts & our room was spacious & comfortable with
a beautiful view from the window. We highly recommend this property.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we stepped inside this beautifully restored 16th Century French guest house we felt at home. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and delightfully decorated.

This is a very funky place. House has some claim to being the oldest in
Orleans, and could be marketed as a museum with its enormous beams and
crooked joists in the ceilings, leaded windows, and narrow spiral
staircase with 3" thick treads. Two large rooms, one on the 3rd,
one on the 4th floor. Lots of miscellaneous furniture in each. Nichole
was very entertaining, full of anecdotes and opinions. Also very
helpful. Wonderful breads at breakfast.
