Great location within easy walking distance to shops, sights and restaurants. Bedroom small but very comfortable queen sized bed. Adequate buffet breakfast. Staff attentive and helpful. Only 10 minutes (20 euro) by taxi from airport. Would strongly recommend as a budget hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location, literally at the bottom of the hill at the entrance to the castle. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and they all spoke great English. Excellent value at the Hotel Montmorency but great bonus to be able to use the facilities of the Hotel Du Chateau. We chose this hotel because it was next to the station, and in fact it had its own exit into the station complex.
It was very clean (and bright white), but it is very new, so time will tell. We did like the Space theme in the rooms, but they may not be to others taste. The shower was lovely and big.
The free wifi worked well.

Lovely setting on the river. The hotel is very basic but clean, and we had a room at the back with a lovely river view. Each room has a small kitchen which is useful as there are no great restaurants in town.

Everything is done to help you feel comfortable and welcomed like if you were the only and most valuable guest.

We really loved our stay at Campanille Narbonne. The hotel is quite new, therefore all facilities are very clean and confortable. The bathroom was big comparing to the average and spotless clean.
