The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location, literally at the bottom of the hill at the entrance to the castle. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and they all spoke great English. Excellent value at the Hotel Montmorency but great bonus to be able to use the facilities of the Hotel Du Chateau. We really never give reviews or comments about Hotels but our stay was so special we would like to give a special rating to the Distillerie de Pezenas amazing Staff and Hotel.
Everything is done to help you feel comfortable and welcomed like if you were the only and most valuable guest.

It was just a few minutes walk from the centre of Pezenas The room was big and very comfortable and included a fridge,crockery cutlery and a jug for making tea or coffee.There was a problem with the water pressure when we arrived due to work in the street. The staff offered us a free drink to compensate.Everyone was very

We stayed 2 nights. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, the free wifi worked well, the buffet breakfast was excellent. The pool and sundeck were a pleasant refuge from the crowds in town. The location was very quiet, but only a couple of minutes walk from the train station and 5-10 minutes from the main town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Always felt that the staff were happy to be there. Hotel was really well decorated and clean. Breakfast and the one meal we had there was fresh, tasty and plentiful. We would have liked a kettle so that we could make a drink in the night if we wanted.
